Tell me about GrandVista.
GrandVista Music was founded specifically to create songs that will become new standards for the industry - or songs with meaning, originality, and staying power. In bringing this music to you, we demand the best performances possible. This is done by using award-winning musicians and producers, state-of-the-art digital recording technology, and experienced recording engineers. Our goal is simply to be a brand that you can trust to create music that you will enjoy year after year.

What is "Make Time for Music?"
Make Time for Music is GrandVista's tagline. GrandVista believes in the power of music, and it's why we create music for all the different seasons of life. Our songs are intended for people who make thoughtful decisions about what they listen to and who desire more than just entertainment; for people who want to Make Time for Music.

What is the GrandVista Jazz Orchestra?
The GrandVista Jazz Orchestra has members who represent the accomplished talent pool found only in Nashville, Tennessee. All of these musicians, arrangers, producers and engineers, many recognizable in their own right, have also been responsible for great recordings and performances by some of the best known artists of our time. Artists such as: Michael McDonald, Amy Grant, Vince Gill, Barbara Mandrell, Tony Bennett, Diana Krall, Michael W. Smith, Larry Carlton, Martina McBride, Alison Krauss, Sam Bush, Bela Fleck and the Flecktones, Kirk Whalum, Leon Russell, Alabama, the Nashville Chamber Orchestra, the Nashville Symphony, and more!

Does GrandVista accept unsolicited material?
GrandVista does not accept unsolicited music. We are pleased to hear from our visitors and customers! We welcome your comments about our music and our products. Furthermore, we encourage you to join the GrandVista Music Club and engage in discussion about our company, our products, our artists and music! However, our company policy does not allow us to accept or consider creative material of any kind.

Is GrandVista a safe and secure site?
Yes! GrandVista has taken steps to ensure your information is protected when you visit, and purchase products from our website. Every order is encrypted in transit using our secure server connection. I love Perry Danos! How can I contact him?
The best way to contact Perry Danos is by joining the GrandVista Music Club. All of our GrandVista artists participate in chats, post on the message board, and enjoy interacting with their fans through the Music Club. If you want to write an email to Perry, fill out the form on our Contact Us page, and select "Perry Danos." Although our artists read each email that is sent to them, they simply do not have all of the time it takes to reply to them individually.

Who is Rob Morgan? What is the booklet?
As a bonus with your "How Sweet the Sound" purchase, you will receive a small booklet: Heritage of Our Hymns! GrandVista has teamed with Robert J. Morgan - best-selling author, musicologist, and historian to provide a fascinating glimpse of the creation and development of these timeless hymns.

Problems/Return Policy

When I received my purchase, it was damaged! What do I do?
Please fill out the form on our Contact Us page and select "Shipping" or call 1-866-91-SONGS to report a damaged product. Have your order number handy!

What is the return policy?
GrandVista will refund any returns within 30 days of purchase. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

What if I am unsatisfied with my purchase?
GrandVista will do everything possible to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. We love bringing our music to you. Please let us know if you are unsatisfied with your purchase by calling 1-866-91-SONGS or by filling out the form on the Contact Us page and select "Shipping." A member from our fulfillment department will contact you shortly.

Does GrandVista offer any discounts for larger orders?
Currently, GrandVista offers standard shipping on all orders, no matter how much or what you order!

Is GrandVista offering any promotions?
Yes! If you sign up to be a part of our GrandVista Music Club, you will receive 10% off of every purchase you make from the GrandVista store. Sign up today (it's FREE to join) and start saving!

Ordering/Shipping Questions

When can I expect my shipment?
If you order yours through Media Mail, our economy shipping option, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing and delivery. If you selected First Class mail, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing and delivery.

How are items shipped?
We ship through the United States Postal Service.

How do I track my shipping?
GrandVista does not provide tracking numbers on anything shipped through the USPS. Once your order has been processed, you will get a confirmation email from GrandVista. This confirmation email will have an order number, which you should keep in case you need to reference it.

How is postage computed if I ship internationally?
International shipment is a flat rate of $10.99.

What if I didn't receive my shipment?
Occasionally, things do get lost in the mail, and we understand that this is frustrating. If you think you should have received your shipment by now, please fill out the form on our Contact Us page, and we will be in touch shortly.
